A; No because AdSense publishers are allowed only one AdSense account. Why do you need a second one?
Q; My brother and I have two different AdSense account, but we share one computer at the sane time. That means we have same IP adress. Is it allowed in adsense policy to have the same IP adress in two different accounts?
A; Yes, it's allowed to have two different AdSense accounts managed from the same computer.
Whether more than one AdSense account is allowed at your mailing address depends on what country you are in.
But be aware that the fact that your brother and you share the same computer, IP address, mailing address and (presumably) family name, means that your accounts are closely associated. If your brother does something stupid to get his AdSense account disabled, that could possibly get your account into trouble too.
Q; I am working in a company in my company there are 2000 people are used the same ip address, lot of time i open my adsense account on the same ip address, i don't know some other have the adsense and open their account on the same address, My question is same ip address using multiple adsense account?
A; Well yes, that's why I said what I said.
If people at work know about your site and click on your ads that would be a BIG problem.
I one of the others had an issue with their account and they were using the same IP address that would probably raise a red flag at AdSense.
