How To Remove Unwanted Built-in Apps On Samsung Galaxy S4

So you just got your new S4 and you’re very excited to use it. Everything’s great, from the camera to the cool new features such as Air View and Air Gesture. But if there’s one thing that I’m sure you’ll hate, it’s the bloatware that come with the Samsung S4.

I always thought that only the laptops have huge number of bloatwares, but the Samsung S4 is no different. Some of the pre installed apps are okay like the Flipboard and Dropbox, but the rest, especially the games, are just useless and it’s an eyesore every time I see them on my app menu. Not to mention that they also take a large amount of RAM and memory.

To make it worse, most of these games are just Demo and once your time is up, you don’t have the option to uninstall them (unless if your phone is rooted).

So if you’re here to know how to get rid of these unwanted apps, here’s a very simple solution:
1. Just go to SettingsMoreApplication Manager
2. Choose the apps that you don’t like and click them.
3. Click the “Disable” button, ignore the warning and click “OK“.

Though this trick will not remove the app on your phone, it will hide them on your menu to make it look cleaner. If you change your mind and you want to use these apps again, just click Enable.

10 Activities That Will Cause Your Blogger Blog To Be Deleted

Blogger platform is no doubt the best platform for newbie bloggers to start off. There are lot's of controversial that blogger team are deleting blogs for no reason which i don't believe. Google (blogger) have set Content policy and Terms of Service and any blogger that violate the rules will get is blog suspended or deleted.

No blogger want his/her years of hard work to go in vain likewise Google don't want any blogger to experience such catastrophe, but still want to create a spam free community for its users. That's why they set terms and condition in place which i believe we all accept it but not sure that we all read it.

What are the reasons why your blog is deleted?

  1.  Violating privacy

Publishing another person personal and confidential information without the person permission is strictly against Google terms of service. Example include: contact information, home address, email address, credit card numbers, driver's license numbers etc.

  2.  Impersonation

Stealing someone else identity is against Google policy. Pretending to be someone else when you or pretending to represent another organization or group when you are not, is highly punishable under the law.

  3.  Copy write violation

Google have been taking legal action on any blog owner that go against its content policy. No one likes it when someone copied their content without crediting it. If by anyway the owner of the original content report to Google, then your site will be completely deleted if you continue to plagiarize another people's content.

  4.  Hate speech

Blogger is a platform where anybody can share is opinion, stories, news etc. And it's true that there is freedom of speech but up to a certain level. Discriminating other sex, age, religious or ethnic group is not permitted by Google and it can lead to suspension or permanent deletion.

  5.  Violence

Threatening other people or certain group of people on your blog is against the law and Google policy. Also, don't encourage reader's to take violent action against another person or group of people.

  6.  Malware and viruses

Malware and viruses is against better user experience, that's why Google is taking all possible action to make internet safe for its users. If your site is infected by virus or distributing script that attempt to install software, or steal another people's personal information will lead to a permanent deletion of your blog.

  7.  Adult Content

Distribution of adult content like images and videos or pornographic is allowed on blogger but you must be sure to mark your blog as "Adult" oriented site from the settings of your site. by not complying with these rule will cause your site to be deleted. You can still make money from an adult site, but their is limited amount of ads banner you can place on the site.

  8.  Child Safety

Your site must be safe for children. Do not publish any content that encourage  or promotes sexual attraction to children. Also distributing child pornography is against Google terms of use and can lead to a severe punishment if reported to higher authorities.

  9.  Spam

Spam is the most foulest activity you can perform with your blog. All major search detest any user or blog that have be tricking their robot with some blackhat seo techniques just to boost their blog up in any search listing. Any blog that is cut in this act will be removed from indexing and both the user account and the blog will be deleted.

  10.  Illegal activities

Using blogger to encourage people to involve in illegal activities like drug, weed, drinking and driving is against Google terms of service. Any illegal activities that you know is punishable under the law is not allowed Google and will lead to permanent ban.

Blogger is not the only platform that set terms of service for its users, every other platform does too. Abiding by their rules will keep your blog safe but violating their terms of use will cause your blog to be banned or deleted.

4 Ways to Simultaneously Manage Multiple Gmail Accounts

Many of us have to manage multiple Gmail accounts to separate private email from work and projects. However, life is rarely linear and we often find ourselves going back and forth between different accounts. How do you best do this without having to continuously log in and out? In this article, I will explore 4 ways to address this issue,
moving from simple to more advanced solutions
--> -->

1. Run Multiple Browsers Simultaneously

To log into two or three different Gmail accounts, you could simply run two or three different browsers, each with a different user account logged in. This is the most simple and straightforward way to do it that doesn’t require a special setup, with the exception that you need to have multiple browsers installed on your computer.

2. Switch Between Accounts Using Gmail’s Multiple Sign-In Feature

Google supports multiple sign-ins, meaning you can sign into multiple Google accounts within a single browser.

Here is a brief summary:
  • Go to your account settings.
  • Under the header Security, click Edit next to the multiple sign-in feature.
  • Select On and select each of the check boxes to confirm you understand how multiple sign-in works.
  • Click Save.
You have to do this for all the accounts that you want to switch back and forth between. Once that is done, you can use the feature like this:

  • Click the little arrow next to your Google profile picture in the top right and select Switch account.
  • Click Sign in to another account
  • A new window or tab will open where you can sign in.
  • Next time you want to open that same account, you can simply select it form the list of accounts that is shown after clicking Switch account (see screenshot below).

3. Set Up Different Users In Google Chrome

Gmail’s Multiple Sign-In feature works in any browser. If your favourite browser is Chrome, however, there is an even better alternative. Chrome allows you to set up different users, linked to different Google accounts.
  • Click the wrench icon and select Options.
  • To Personal Stuff and under the header Users click Add new user.
  • This will open a new window with a Google account login.
An icon is assigned to each user, visible in the top left of the Chrome window. This is how you will be able to tell the different browser sessions and accounts apart. To customize the icon and the account name, you can go through Options and then edit the respective user.
Alternatively, you can click on the icon in the browser and select edit. This also allows you to switch between different users within one Chrome window.

This feature was in our news when it was first released in late December 2011 – Google Chrome Can Now Sync Multiple Browsing Profiles [News]

4. Add Email Accounts & Aliases To Your Main Gmail Account

The above solutions are really just a workaround to a complex challenge. The most thorough and advanced way of managing multiple email accounts, is to set them all up under a single account. Here is a brief overview of how it works:
  • In Gmail, go to Settings and open the Accounts tab.
  • Under Check mail using POP3 click Add a POP3 mail account you own.
  • During the setup process, also choose to use the respective email address as an alias.
  • You can add aliases manually: Under Send mail as click Add another email address you own.
  • Once you are checking mails from different accounts, create labels for these accounts and set up the Gmail Labs feature Multiple Inboxes.
